Another Pokemon Fanart.. :) Dragonair was always one of my favourite Pokemon, its so elegant and beautyful! Tell me, what is your favourite Pokemon? :D

Done in PS CS4 + Hanvon Graphic Tablet, about 14 hours

I love this piece because of its double meaning whether intentional or not, (though I believe intentional). I wouldn't have even caught it if it wasn't for the title, Conception. The Dragonairs seemed to be hypnotized by the moon and it seems their only thought is to get to it. The implication that they are sperm and the moon is an egg is quite a wonderful one.

Not to mention how mesmerizing the color scheme is, and how fluid the whole piece is. I'm always amazed when you can show something glowing and this is a perfect example of how it makes a painting even more interesting.

Very good work:pat:!Good shadowing,good lighting,really nice background and the atmosphere seem mysterious.
The Dragonades look like they are...sort of....hypnotism!
Your vision and its result is AMAZING indescribable and unbelievable!
Really good work. Next time add a few clouds if you want to do it a little more mysterious, but also a full moon is just fine!:iconbigheartplz:

I like the way you draw the sea and the light on it but I think you should add little illumination on the edges and tops
and more shade on land.
Also the moon is pretty amazing and the stars seem real

Dragonair was one of my favourites too! Oh, but my absolute favourite had to be Eevee. The diversity of the pokemon is what I love about it. Being a person with MPD, it really connects to me. They're all the same, yet so vastly different.

Dragonair is nice...it really has a beautiful form. Dragonite looks WAY different, but we all know the video. My favorite Pokemon are Togepi and Gardevoir. Togepi was my favorite since he was first shown, but Gardevoir...she snuck up on me...
