Other then that I like it the colors you choose for the skin. From my experience odd skin colors are slightly hard to blend to give skin feeling. The face has the empty emotion that I would like to see when compared to your concept. The dripping make up and those purple-pinkish eyes just compliment the entire piece.
Overall, the concept is really balanced and well communicated.
Now, about the technical stuff, this artwork and many others of yours show a clear vision that you know all the basics of colors, lights and shadows. Your painting skills are very well developed and I would like to see the final outcome of it.
I generally think this sketch has a lot of originality to it and it has a very strong impact on viewer.
