I use to not like Riakou because he wasn't intimidating looking (for a legendary that is)
This just changed my mind ^u^ It's just so realistic! my absolute favorite part of this piece is the face. Those eyes are starring into my soul! It also looks like he has a metal mask on which is awesome. I also love the lighting in the background

Vision
This piece reflects Raikou very well. I think it strongly shows the idea of Raikou. It is an electric type, so the lightning goes very well. 5 out of 5, good work.
Originality
Well, you don't own raikou. But you gave a good background that's original, so 3 out of 5.
Technique
Lots of people try to make pokemon look real, and most fail. But you, my sir, mastered. Its like you threw a master ball at good art techniques. Dude, I want to be as good as you.
Impact
In the faq, it says: "Does the artwork resonate with you or evoke strong emotions? Does it make you think? Does it blow your mind? "
Well, it does give me emotions. I love it! I'm in love with your art! It does make me think, like, "How does he do this?" And yes, it does blow my mind.
Final Words
You are awesome. Keep up the good work. Next, I would like to see the legendary birds. I think you could really do a good job picturing them real. I hope you continue with your art and never stop.
