Ravaging Shadow

The first thing I thought was that "huh... doesn't look so big..." Then I clicked on the thumbnail to realise there was an entire valley underneath that thing. I like the use of colour here: the hot red/orange for those creepy eyes and the smouldering whatevers burning in its... drool? The cool colours everywhere else really highlights the contrast. Ultimately, the feel of the work is like a fantasy trading card. It just looks like it could be on one.

I can hardly register a complaint, though I would have to say the wings look like they're at a weird angle.

Anyway, it does fit the theme of Death pretty well. That drool is certainly devastating. Overall, great work. (Only seven hours? What?!)
