Waves flowing inside of me, Water pouring from my mind, I am the ocean, I am the sea, under the horizon and far far behind.
Some traditional art again! I love that color combination - blue and red! And I love drawing mermaid-related things!! This one is more abstract, I really like that kind of style! ^^ Hope you like it as well!
Watercolors on watercolor paper, about 5 hrs

I like the expression of this photography a lot. Especially the cell shading that you did on her. The deep blue effect that you did on her are done very well, from deep blue to high light blue. The contrast on this watercolor technique that you did are done very beautiful. The colors are very soft, so this painting style that you did it ti looks like its made in computer 3-D technique, not with watercolors as you said, because it looks so realistic and so professionally done. There is nothing more to say for me, accept that you are the best artist that I've ever saw in my life. Good luck and keep with this work that you have because you are truly naturally talent that I've ever saw in my life.
Haha I am so very sorry for spamming, I just copied this critique from your 'compare' piece. I feel like my comments would be more appropriate here:
Although the digital version is amazing and is really good on its own (i really like the light effect coming from behind), I think the traditional version appeals more to the senses and the mind. *cough* I shall try to explain myself: Digital - really cool, no error, smooth finish, original composition/make up and as said earlier, cool light effect BUT, done in an anime style, which I actually have nothing against being an anime fan myself, but it's a lot more 'common' (esp on DA) compared to your second piece (music: I'm sexy and you know it) Traditional - a lot more surreal and I think, personal. being drawn directly by the hand (consciously? unconsciously? I am thinking here of automatic drawing done in the 1930s/40s) the face seems a lot wilder and alien to me, and leaves more space for the viewer to interpret, imagine, figure out what is hair, blood, wind, water etc. (music: something chilling, like that creepy Microcosmos song) Voila. I hope that made a minimum of sense ^^' Reply
It's funny, because from this, I guess I am leaning towards the traditional one. It surprises me because I think at first, I preferred the other for it's more finished aspect. But yeah, def the traditional one. Leaves so much more space for introspection. Sorry, I am going to shut up now instead of spamming your page. Hope you do more of this kind of work! glhf
